You will be legally bound by these terms from the time you submit an entry to the prize draw, so please read them carefully before entering.
The prize draw is open to individuals who: are residents of the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland); are aged 18 years or over at the time of entry into the prize draw and at the time of notification of the winner (defined below). Each such individual is an entrant for the purpose of these terms. Entry into the prize draw is free. No payment is necessary. Participating retailers only and subject to availability of test-drive appointments. The prize draw is not open to employees of Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited, their agents or contractors, Volkswagen Group brand retailers and anyone else connected with the promotion, or to their immediate family members or persons living in the same household, whether or not related, or anyone else otherwise professionally connected with the promotion. The promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and winners and their compliance with these terms. The promoter may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose. The promoter may withhold prizes while it verifies eligibility. Internet access, a mobile phone and an email address are required to enter the prize draw.
The prize draw will open for entries at 9am (GMT + 0) on 01/04/2025 and will close for entries at 12am (GMT + 0) on 30/04/2025. To enter, entrants must do the following during the prize draw period: book and take a test drive of the all-electric New Škoda Elroq or New Škoda Enyaq with a participating retailer, scan the QR code found in the vehicle and complete the online form linked to the QR code, click ‘submit’ and accept these terms and conditions.
Only entries completed and received by the promoter during the course of the prize draw period and in accordance with these terms will be eligible for entry into the prize draw. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason. Only one entry per person. Participants who seek to submit entries above this limit will be disqualified. Multiple entries made through agents, third parties, organised groups or any entry duplication method will not be accepted. The promoter reserves the right to exclude any entrant from the prize draw in the event of a rule being breached. Your entry must be completed correctly and be received during the prize draw period to be eligible for the promotion. Entries which, in the promoter’s opinion, may be deemed offensive, discriminatory, inappropriate or defamatory, or which are unlawful or in breach of these terms will not be accepted and will be disqualified. There is a maximum of one prize person. The prizes are available to be won, but the promoter makes no guarantees that all prizes will be won (e.g. if there is low participation). Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable. Winners must not seek to sell any prize or advertise any prize for sale, including on any digital platform or social media platform. There is no cash alternative. The promoter reserves its right to substitute the prize with a prize of equivalent value in the event of circumstances outside of its control.

The promoter’s decision is final. The surname and county of the winner (unless the winner has objected on lawful grounds) will be made available on receipt of a self-addressed pre-paid envelope received by the promoter at ŠKODA UK, Volkswagen Group UK Ltd, Yeomans Drive, Blakelands, Milton Keynes MK14 5AN for 60 days following the end of the prize draw period. The promoter may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so.
