The New Škoda Scala and Kamiq have been unveiled

Škoda’s latest additions have both been given sleeker facelifts to give them a sleeker, sportier look that doesn’t compromise on robustness, reliability and handling. The impressive look of these models extends to the interior features with the newly equipped innovative driver assist features, intelligent storage space and comfortable and spacious seating. Škoda have made accommodating their customers a top priority by offering both models in three trims: the SE, the SE L and the Monte Carlo.

Škoda Scala

Drive reliably and powerfully in the Škoda Scala with its 1.0-litre turbocharged petrol engine, which is available in 94bhp and 113bhp, and adjustable suspension if you choose to add on the Sport Chassis Control to best suit your driving style.

Perfectly balanced exterior

The new Škoda Scala’s new chrome grille and 16–17-inch alloy wheels (depending on the trim) are coupled with LED lights adorning the front and rear. These come as standard across all Scala trims and are upgraded on the Monte Carlo trim to LED Matrix headlights with an adaptive front light system and dynamic indicators, making the Scala a perfect blend of sophistication and efficiency.

Škoda have prioritised their customer’s individual tastes by offering a choice of eight body colours. Customers can personalise their Scala, choosing from Graphite Grey, Race Blue, Velvet Red, Black Magic, Brilliant Silver, Moon White, Energy Blue and Candy White.

Interior space to be enjoyed

Driving becomes significantly easier with the equipped driver assist functions in the new Škoda Scala. Tight spaces can be conquered with ease with the help of the rear parking sensors that come as standard across all trims, with rear-view cameras coming as standard on the Monte Carlo for that extra useful visibility.

Connectivity, entertainment and information are a tap away on the Scala’s exceptional infotainment system, with extraordinary crisp graphics, which easily integrates with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, so you’ll never miss out on a connection opportunity. An 8-inch system comes as standard on the SE and extends up to 9.2 inches in the SE L trim and above.

Part of making the driving experience better doesn’t come from driving itself but from ensuring that everyone within the car travels in comfort. The Škoda Scala comes with a wide range of steering wheel adjustments for the optimum driving position for each individual driver. Similarly, there are adjustable driver’s seats and lumbar features on all trims.

Cushioned headrests, interior ambient lighting (in the SE L and above), excellent head and leg space, and soft-touch material on the new Škoda Scala’s seats provide all passengers with a pleasant and comfortable journey. And with the panoramic roof on the Monte Carlo trim, you can enjoy every scenic view as you cruise along.

The new Škoda Scala easily accommodates the bigger trips. Copious space can be found in all areas of the vehicle – in the front door pockets, glovebox and 467-litre boot that can hold up to seven carry-on suitcases.

Škoda Kamiq

Channel the power through this brilliant small SUV. Škoda offers a choice of engines in the new Škoda Kamiq, ranging from two 1.0-litre engines – a five-speed manual 94bhp and a six-speed 113bhp – to the top-range 1.5-litre 148bhp engine with a six-speed manual gearbox.

An exterior that exudes style

After its facelift, the new Škoda Kamiq is ready to take to the roads in style sporting 17–18-inch alloy wheels (depending on the trim), slimmed down headlights, chrome radiator grille and sportier body kit. Sophistication and practicality are combined in the Kamiq’s ultra-bright LED dipped-beam headlights that feature on all trims, with a chance to upgrade the SE and SE L models to Matrix LED main beams, which come as standard on the Monte Carlo trim.

A convenient and spacious interior

Tech upgrades are here to make your driving much easier in the new Škoda Kamiq, with the 10-inch virtual cockpit (10.25-inch in the SE L and Monte Carlo) perfectly positioned with fabulous configurability so that you stay informed and in control at all times.

The brilliantly configured infotainment system comes with an innovative 8-inch touchscreen on the SE model and all three trims have Bluetooth and DAB radio, seamlessly linking up with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay to provide all of your entertainment needs on your trips! The 9.2-inch system is available in the SE L and Monte Carlo trims and has additional built-in sat nav with voice control through Škoda’s voice assistant, Laura.

Škoda aim to make driving nothing but a joy and have fitted all trims of the new Škoda Kamiq with rear parking sensors, and front sensors and a rear-view camera are available as options within the Convenience Package. Traffic sign recognition and dual-zone climate control are also equipped across all trims to add an extra level of comfort and security to your journey.

The new Škoda Kamiq’s brilliant boxy shape design allows for an impressive amount of space. Roomy rear seats, plush seating material and a huge boot easily accommodate seven-carry on suitcases. There’s even the chance to have a panoramic glass sunroof fitted if you want to take in the surroundings while you’re on the move.
