The Reputation 800 Award is a prestigious honour given to location-based businesses that have an exceptional reputation. Winners must show a strong commitment to exceeding customer expectations by actively listening to and responding to consumer feedback. To see so many Arbury dealerships recognised for their dedication to providing exceptional customer-focused incentives is something we’re extremely proud of.

Autotrader placed the following in the top 15% of UK retailers for customer service: Arbury, Peugeot in Lichfield, Nuneaton, Leamington Spa and Stourbridge; Arbury, Nissan, in Leamington Spa; and Arbury, SEAT in Solihull and Stourbridge.

Two of our Peugeot dealerships were named in the Guild of Gold Lion Top 20 Dealerships 2024, that took place this year. Both Arbury, Peugeot in Nuneaton and Walsall have been recognised for their outstanding commitment to customer service, quality, and performance.

For the second year in a row, our Rebecca Wood and Christopher Dean from Arbury, Peugeot in Walsall, reached the finals of the ‘Stars of Stellantis awards. Out of over 1,400 entrants across the UK, they both earned the incredible recognition for the second-year running. Along with Hannah Cooper, our Warranty Administrator at Arbury, Peugeot in Stourbridge. She took home the Runner-Up award for her outstanding contribution, attention to detail and commitment to delivery exceptional service every day.

This year we held the #TeamArbury Awards 2024, to celebrate the hard work, talent and achievements that have made our team extraordinary. Over 250 guests were in attendance, and the evening saw a range of entertainment, from Disco Heads through to a Neon dance troupe. It was a night to remember, that all #TeamArbury deserved.


We're incredibly proud of Arbury, Peugeot in Bromsgrove, who were awarded Best Peugeot Dealer in the UK at the Guild of Gold Lion Awards 2025. The Guild of Gold Lion Awards honour the very best Peugeot retailers in the country, with dealerships judged on customer satisfaction, sales excellence and overall performance. To be named the very best in the UK is a proud moment for the Bromsgrove team and a reassuring one for our customers. None of this would be possible without the people who trust us most. A huge thank you goes to our loyal customers for choosing Arbury, Peugeot in Bromsgrove and continuing to put their confidence in our team.

2024

2024 was a big year for Arbury accomplishments!

Arbury, CUPRA in Stourbridge secured fifth place in the top 10 CUPRA locations in the UK in the quarterly list by Customer Experience Management.

Arbury ranked 7 out of 100 in the Automotive Sector Reputation Report.

Arbury, Peugeot in Walsall and Nuneaton ranked in the top 20 Peugeot dealerships in the UK at the Guild of Gold Lion Awards (a second top 20 ranking for Nuneaton!).

Rebecca Wood and Christopher Dean from Arbury, Peugeot in Walsall were among the 20 finalists selected from over 1,400 entrants nationwide. The awards programme, launched by Stellantis in February 2024, celebrates exceptional skills, dedication, and positive impact on customer experience across its various brands, including Peugeot, Vauxhall, Citroën, and Fiat

Arbury, PEUGEOT in Bromsgrove won Sales Department of the Year for 2022 at the PEUGEOT Guild of Gold Lion Awards. Arbury Fleet were also crowned Business Centre of the Year.
