Every part of our service was better than we've had at any other garages. The phone calls, communications, video, and report from the mechanic were second to none. We were actually shocked at how professional and every part of the service was so efficient!

All I can say is - WOW!

I wanted to let you know, I enjoy the atmosphere and talking to everyone in the showroom. I have to give a special mention to Leah. Even though I only came in for an MOT/Service on Tuesday, she couldn’t help me enough and I’m super grateful. I ... came in late in the afternoon with two kids and I have a walking disability. She first helped entertain the kids and talk to them (they’re 5 and 4 so that’s not easy) and then took out their car seats from the loan car, carried both seats to my car like a super-woman, helped to install them, made sure they were fitted properly and safe, and finally went back to the showroom and got my kids for me.

All I can say is - wow!

I went to CUPRA in Stourbridge, and I have been dealing with Duncan Shaw, who I must say is an asset to the team. I ordered a brand new CUPRA Formentor which was meant to be due in September. However, Duncan went out of his way and found me one that had just come in, in the co ... lour and spec I wanted. I was meant to pick my car up on 9th June, however, a mishap happened, and Duncan called me straight away to let me know I wouldn’t be able to take delivery until 12th June. He was honest and thorough with me. Moved heaven and earth for me and went above and beyond.

I couldn’t have asked to have dealt with a better person. He has made my experience enjoyable and easy, it is hard to trust dealers these days as I have had a lot of bad experiences however, I wouldn’t go anywhere else now or deal with anyone else other than Duncan. If there was a score rating, there wouldn’t be enough stars to give Duncan he deserves all the recognition and commendation, my experience was a million pounds and I thank Duncan for that. Amazing customer service, honesty and very genuine.

Having been a customer of yours for 10 years and having bought all my cars from you and had the cars serviced by yourselves, I feel I have to make the following comments. While it's always easy to comment on any shortcomings, I have to say that in my recent dealings with your ... Service department about issues on the car I bought last year, I have nothing but praise for the way it was dealt with. That praise is for a particular individual, Leah Greaves. She epitomises what customer service is meant to be. She kept me informed on what was happening throughout, and was very thorough and professional in ensuring that the problems were dealt with. I always felt confident that she would deliver a successful outcome. The real test for any company is not when matters go well but how they deal with any problems when things go wrong. Showroom was very welcoming, especially Harvey Staff. Harvey was able to show us the models we expressed an interest in and answered our questions. After recently privately purchasing a PEUGEOT RCZ, I contacted Arbury, PEUGEOT in Stourbridge about a service enquiry. I was informed that my car had an outstanding safety recall, so I was invited to book it in for a health check. I was accommodated within the week. After its ... check, they gave it a complimentary wash and interior clean and also replaced my number plates free of charge. I was dealt with by a lovely lady called Becky in aftersales, who was so helpful and polite. I 100% recommend this company as every member of staff I encountered during my visit was extremely professional and helpful. Thank you 🙂
